Is the data really uncapped?
Yes. All our home internet packages are uncapped — there is no monthly data limit and you are never charged for extra data. A standard Fair Usage Policy applies to keep the network fast for everyone.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month. You can cancel any time and there are no cancellation penalties or long-term lock-ins.
Is the router really free?
Yes — your package includes a free-to-use 5G router that we deliver to your door. You use it for as long as you are subscribed, at no extra cost on qualifying packages.
How fast is the internet?
Home 5G packages range from 20 Mbps up to 200 Mbps depending on the tier you choose and the coverage at your address. When we confirm your coverage we tell you which speeds your area supports.
Do I need an installation or a technician?
No installation is needed. The router arrives pre-configured: plug it into a power socket, switch it on, and your Wi-Fi is live in minutes.
Which networks do you use?
We connect homes on MTN and Vodacom 5G/LTE, and offer unlimited mobile data on Telkom. We put you on whichever network is strongest at your address.
How do I check if my area has coverage?
Start the online sign-up and enter your address — we check the MTN, Vodacom and Telkom networks at your location and confirm your coverage by email before you pay anything.

What do I need to sign up?
Just your South African ID number (or passport number), your address and your contact details. This is required by RICA, South Africa's SIM registration law.
How do I pay?
You can pay by debit or credit card with automatic monthly billing, or by EFT. Billing is month-to-month with no annual commitment.
What happens if my area is not covered yet?
If fixed 5G has not reached your address, our Telkom unlimited mobile data SIM is usually a strong alternative — and we will let you know as soon as home 5G coverage reaches your area.
