- Completed installation services and technical support
- Custom web development work (after approval of design)
- Monthly internet service fees (pro-rated refunds available)

Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

- Receive return authorization number (RMA)
- Package items securely with all original components
- Ship items to our designated return address
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Service Cancellations
For ongoing services like internet connectivity or digital marketing:
- Internet Services: 30-day notice required for cancellation. Pro-rated refunds available for unused portions.
- Digital Marketing: Monthly contracts can be cancelled with 30-day notice. Custom projects require individual assessment.
- Technical Support: Unused prepaid support hours are refundable within 90 days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
